I love this time of the year to spend some time with the family and reflect all that has taken place this year. We have been really busy with ministry, missions, and making adjustments. Anna came into our lives this year, I traveled 30 weeks of the 52, and Ashley has gone back to teaching after being off from work for close to 5 months...this has all been a big adjustment for the whole family. All the more why I love this time of the year to settle down and enjoy life.
In Luke we read that there was no room for baby Jesus in the Inn the night He was born in the manger. This continues to be a sad reality for many around our world as they fill there hearts and desires with something or someone other than Jesus. Making room for the King has always been a issue for those who don't recognize His supreme authority and majesty. Our prayer for you and the world this wonderful season is to make room for God in every area of your lives.
